The engagement model

Six stages, each with a defined deliverable

Nothing is priced online. Every HVM system is surveyed, engineered, supplied, commissioned and then supported for its operating life by an in-Kingdom team with factory backing from Italy.

Technical consultation & site survey — HVM cryogenic serviceStep 01

Technical consultation & site survey

Duty, gas service, consumption profile, plot constraints and safety distances are reviewed before any equipment is proposed.

  • Consumption and peak-flow profile captured with the operations team
  • Plot plan review: safety distances, access for filling, prevailing wind
  • Foundation, bunding and civil interface requirements noted
  • Written survey report with a recommended system envelope

Typical duration · 1–2 site days

System design & specification — HVM cryogenic serviceStep 02

System design & specification

Tank, vaporiser, pressure regulation and pipework are sized as one system, with standards and documentation identified up front.

  • Tank capacity, working pressure and evaporation rate selection
  • Ambient vaporiser sizing against peak and continuous demand
  • Pressure regulation, relief and telemetry scope
  • Standards, marking and documentation list agreed before order

Typical duration · Issued with the quotation

Supply & logistics — HVM cryogenic serviceStep 03

Supply & logistics

Manufacture in Italy, import documentation, transport to site and offloading coordinated with the project programme.

  • Production slot confirmed against the project programme
  • Manufacturing records, test certificates and conformity file
  • Import documentation and in-Kingdom customs handling
  • Transport, lifting study and offloading at site

Typical duration · Programme-driven

Installation & commissioning — HVM cryogenic serviceStep 04

Installation & commissioning

Mechanical installation supervision, purging, cool-down, leak and pressure testing, and handover documentation.

  • Installation supervision and mechanical completion checks
  • Purging, controlled cool-down and first fill attendance
  • Leak, pressure and safety-device functional testing
  • Signed handover pack with as-built data and O&M manuals

Typical duration · 2–5 site days per system

Preventive maintenance & spare parts — HVM cryogenic serviceStep 05

Preventive maintenance & spare parts

Scheduled inspections, valve and safety-device checks, vacuum integrity assessment and genuine spare parts.

  • Scheduled inspection intervals recorded against each serial number
  • Valve, regulator and safety-device verification
  • Vacuum integrity and evaporation-rate assessment
  • Genuine HVM spare parts and consumables

Typical duration · 6 or 12-month cycle

Training & service contracts — HVM cryogenic serviceStep 06

Training & service contracts

Operator and estates-team training, emergency response procedures and multi-year service agreements.

  • Operator training on filling, isolation and daily checks
  • Estates and HSE briefing on cryogenic hazards and first response
  • Emergency procedures and contact escalation matrix
  • One to five-year service agreements with defined response times

Typical duration · Annual refresh

Capability

What we service

Cryogenic storage

Vertical and horizontal vacuum-insulated vessels for LIN, LOX, LAR and CO₂ duties.

Vaporisation & pressure control

Ambient vaporisers, pressure-building circuits and line regulation sized for Saudi ambient conditions.

Medical gas systems

Hospital oxygen supply arrangements handled as regulated equipment, with documentation treated as data.

Mobile & transport units

LNG and cryogenic transport equipment, including support for road-going and skid-mounted duties.

Response model

Support levels

Response targets are set in the service agreement against the criticality of the duty. Medical and continuous-process installations are prioritised.

TierScopeTarget
EmergencyLoss of supply on a critical medical or process dutySame-day technical response
CorrectiveDegraded performance, leak or instrument faultSite attendance within the agreed window
